- Clear colour scanned passport copy (minimum 6 months’ validity)
- Recent passport-size photo, white background (studio-taken, no spectacles; mobile photos not accepted)
- Scanned passport cover page (front and back together)
- Confirmed hotel booking or UAE tenancy contract
- Confirmed return air ticket
- Guarantor’s passport copy
- Guarantor’s Emirates ID copy, or a deposit of AED 2500/- per person

Travel requirements: UAE visit visa
1. Visa
A valid visa.
2. Onward and return ticket
A confirmed onward and return ticket is required. No return ticket? One can be arranged for AED 50.
3. Accommodation proof
Tenancy contract copy, sponsor’s UAE visa copy, Emirates ID copy and contact number, or a confirmed hotel booking.
4. Proof of funds
Carry cash or show the equivalent in your bank account with a recent statement.
- 30-day visa: AED 3,000
- 60-day visa: AED 4,000
5. OK to Board (OTB)

Important information
- Visa approval is decided by immigration authorities. If a visa is rejected, the amount received is not refunded.
- Some applications may need additional immigration approval, which can carry an extra charge. Contact us before applying so we can check your case.
- Overstay: even by one hour, the guarantor is responsible for all overstay fines charged daily until the visitor’s status is regularized or the visitor exits the UAE.
At Dubai airport
Immigration at Dubai International Airport may carry out additional checks, including eye screening. If asked to go for screening, show a hard copy of your visa or a printed visa number confirmation page. Printing is AED 30 per copy, payable only in AED. Entry is always subject to immigration approval.
